Small Group Training

Small Group Training is a unique fitness program that combines the individualized programming of Personal Training with the community setting of Group Fitness. We offer a variety of programs so you can decide what best fits your needs and interests.

What to Expect

Our certified personal trainers provide personalized attention within a supportive group environment, ensuring each workout is effective, safe, and fun. Small Group Training allows you and your trainer to work together to help you reach your goals, while maintaining all the community and motivation typical of a group fitness program.

In our 6-week training programs, you'll meet with the same group of participants and the same instructor twice per week for a total of 12 sessions. Information on dates and registration for each program can be found below.

Students: $45.00
Faculty/Staff/Members: $65.00

Hawk Fit

Hawk Fit is a dynamic training program designed for participants of all levels to achieve peak physical performance. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced athlete, our expertly crafted sessions will guide you to improve cardiovascular ability, muscular endurance, muscular strength, flexibility, and mobility.

Session 1 - Section 1, will be offered September 3 through October 15 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30am-7:30am
Session 1 - Section 2, will be offered September 2 through October 14 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm
Session 2 - Section 1, will be offered October 20 through December 1 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30am-7:30am
Session 2 - Section 2, will be offered October 21 through December 2 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:30pm-6:30pm

Power and Performance

Student recreation training den Power and Performance is a program designed for intermediate to advanced fitness levels, athletes, and ex-athletes looking to keep up their game. This high-energy program focuses on building explosive power, enhancing athletic performance, and pushing physical limits to help participants gain a competitive edge or level up their day-to-day fitness

Session 2- Section 1 will be offered October 20 to December 1 on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:30pm.

Intro to Weightlifting

Intro to Weightlifting is a training program designed for the brand new lifter. Perfect for folks who are new to weightlifting or looking for a place to start, this program starts with the basics and gradually progresses so you can feel confident planning and executing lifting-based workouts.

Session 1 - Section 1, will be offered September 2 through October 14 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00pm-4:00pm

EmpowerFit

Seahawk fitness

EmpowerFit is a training program designed to educate about women's health and fitness and empower participants to achieve peak physical performance. Each session will include a tailored workout designed to progressively enhance comfort in a gym environment, foster connections with fellow participants, offer education on lifting techniques, basic nutrition and build confidence surrounding personal fitness. All are welcome in EmpowerFit!
