Rental Information

Hospitality Properties

General information and rental rates.

Reservations

  • Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Reservations are not guaranteed without a signed contract.
  • Weekly rental requests are not accepted more than 30 days in advance.
  • For property availability and reservation information, please email hospitality@uncw.edu.

Rental Rates

  • Combs House
    • Monthly - $2,500
    • Weekly - $925 + $200 cleaning fee
  • College Acres House
    • Monthly - $2500
    • Weekly - $925 + $200 cleaning fee
  • Ross House
    • Monthly - $2500
    • Weekly - $925 + $250 cleaning fee
  • Padrick House
    • Monthly - $2,200
    • Weekly - $850 + $200 cleaning fee
  • Waterway House 
    • Monthly- $3,300 
    • Weekly- $1,500+$250 cleaning fee                                                                                                                                      

*UNCW reserves the right to adjust the aforementioned rates for special use circumstances which are anticipated to require higher levels of service and/or are likely to accelerate the wear and tear typically experienced for said properties.  New rates to take effect July 1,2026.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations with less than two weeks' notice may incur an administrative fee.

Check-In / Check-Out

  • Check-in time: 3 p.m.
  • Check-out time: 11a.m.
  • All properties are equipped with smart locks for guest convenience.  A Welcome Letter will be sent via email 3-5 business days prior to arrival, which will include:
    • Property Address
    • Detailed check-in instructions
    • Any additional property information
    • Please ensure you review the Welcome Letter prior to arrival for a smooth check-in experience.

Guidelines and Restrictions of Use

  • No smoking or tobacco use and no large social events are allowed.
  • Pets are welcome in our properties with a separate Pet Addendum which must be signed prior to arrival, and a $250 refundable/security deposit.
  • These properties are not leased as permanent residences.
  • All guests must be sponsored by a university department.
  • Properties are designated for new or current employees and visiting UNCW affiliates.
