This search committee training supports Faculty, EHRA Non-Faculty, SHRA, Postdoctoral Researchers and Scholars, and Temporary recruitment processes. Participants will learn how to maintain compliance, understand the responsibilities of hiring officials and search committee members, and apply best practices to support successful hiring outcomes.
Individuals on interview panels are required to complete search committee training.
Search Committee training for the fiscal year 2026-2027 is currently being offered virtually through Zoom or online. This session provides essential guidance for committee members involved in the recruitment and hiring processes.

Complete the online FY 2026-2027 Search Committee Training through Cornerstone.
- Visit Cornerstone
- Select "SSO Login" to sign in with your UNCW username and password
- In the search bar, type “UNCW: FY27 Search Committee Training”
- Select “Launch” to begin the course
UNCW temporary part-time employees:
Complete the online FY 2026-2027 Search Committee Training through Percipio.
- Visit Percipio
- Click “Log In”
- Click “Library”, located on the top left side of the webpage
- In the search bar, type “UNCW: FY27 Search Committee Training”
- Select the course
- Click “Launch” to begin the course
