Custom Training Custom Training

The UNCW Leadership Academy is a robust program for current and aspiring leaders, led by UNCW faculty. Select a full 60-hour academy, from our 20 hour tiers, or individual workshops (normally four hours each) customized to your organization’s needs. The program can be delivered onsite or virtually. Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion and a UNCW Digital Badge.

Tiers typically include:

Foundations of Leadership: 20 hours

Applied Leadership: 40 hours (prerequisite = Foundations of Leadership)

Leadership Academy: 60 hours (full program)

Note: workshops can also be offered a la carte
