Full Cycle Performance is the standard performance management program for all SHRA and EHRA non-faculty employees at UNCW and across the UNC System.

Highlights of the Full Cycle Performance Program include:

  • A contemporary design that includes both individual and institutional goals
  • A synchronized process to clearly align and connect employees with UNCW's Strategic Plan
  • Regular performance and talent conversations to promote engagement and retention of the best and brightest

  1. Login to MySeaport
  2. Click "Employee Essentials" tab
  3. Click "Full Cycle Performance" in the HR & Payroll section

Performance Management Navigation Office Hours

For inquiries regarding individual performance plans, whether your own or an employee’s, please use my bookings link to arrange a one-on-one meeting.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 2-4pm

Schedule an appointment with me to discuss the technical aspects of Full Cycle Performance. I am available to assist with questions related to navigation tabs, ribbons, filter tools, and similar features.
